As many of you know, Sunday marked the beginning of a strike involving 45,000 Verizon workers from Virginia to Massachusetts. Sparing you the details of the strike and our personal opinions on it, we felt it best to inform everyone that we currently have Verizon service. Since the beginning of the strike we have been experiencing tremendous difficulty with our land line and internet service, including email. The status of our service has been spotty at best, though email has been more reliable than the phone. The earliest we have been able to schedule a service date with Verizon is around 2 weeks from now, due to the fact that many of those on strike are field technicians.

If you are having difficulty reaching us via telephone please try to email! If that fails please try this blog, our forum, Twitter, or Facebook. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this frustrating issue.

The result is the reflection of consumer desires. A performance driven, high comfort product.
